*Some of these supplements I have been taking prior to getting sick, and have since continued taking since getting sick. Now, I’m not claiming that these cure or prevent (obviously) getting sick with Covid…but there are studies showing that they hold promise in helping with outcomes, speed of improvement of symptoms, and minimizing inflammatory response.
Now that we know anyone can get covid, regardless of vaccination status, I think it’s always best to plan for “what if” just in case!
