YOU PROBABLY DON’T NEED ANOTHER DIET.

You need to know what needs to change for you.

Most people who come to me already know a lot. They’ve tracked calories. They’ve tried to eat more protein. They work out. They walk. They’ve heard about carbs, fasting, metabolism, hormones, recovery, sleep, supplements, and a hundred other things they could change.

The problem isn’t usually a lack of information. It’s figuring out which variable actually matters right now.

Sometimes calories need to come down. Sometimes protein needs to come up. Sometimes tracking is less accurate than it seems. Sometimes training needs more structure. Sometimes activity, recovery, hunger, or consistency is the limiting factor. Coaching is about identifying the next right move instead of constantly guessing.

WHO THIS IS FOR

  • Busy adults who are already trying but feel like their results don’t match their effort.
  • People who want to lose 10–30+ pounds while preserving muscle and strength.
  • People who have tracked calories before but aren’t sure whether their targets are actually right.
  • People who understand the basics but are tired of conflicting nutrition advice.
  • People who want a strength plan with a purpose—not just random workouts.
  • People who want accountability without guilt, shame, or perfectionism.
  • People who want qualified guidance that considers nutrition, training, activity, recovery, and lifestyle together.

YOUR NUTRITION AND TRAINING SHOULDN’T EXIST IN TWO DIFFERENT WORLDS.

I’m Mike Gorski, a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer with more than 15 years of coaching experience. Nutrition affects training. Training affects body composition. Activity affects calorie needs. Recovery affects performance and hunger. Your schedule affects all of it.

My job is to connect those dots, simplify the process, and give you a plan that makes sense for your goals and your life.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

Different goals. Different starting points. Coaching built around the individual.

40 LBS + 20 INCHES

“In a year working with Mike, I’ve lost over 20 inches between my waist, hips and thighs and another 40 pounds.”

“This became the goal once I realized what I was actually fully capable of.”

— Erin S.

15 LBS + 4–5% BODY FAT

“Fast forward to 16 weeks later and I’m eating 340g of carbs per day. I’ve lost 15 lbs, dropped body fat by 4–5%, and my energy levels in the gym are through the roof.”

“He has given me a healthier relationship with food, without having to restrict the things I love.”

— Jeremy M., PT, DPT, CSCS

15 LBS LOST & MAINTAINED

“With his guidance, I not only lost 15 pounds but have been able to maintain that progress while building more knowledge around food and how to work with it.”

“The process felt sustainable rather than restrictive.”

— Kelsey P.

Real life is part of the plan.

Vacations, holidays, busy work weeks, restaurants, and imperfect days don’t mean the plan failed. The goal is an approach you can adjust, return to, and maintain.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to follow a meal plan?

No. The goal is to help you learn how to make nutrition work in your actual life, not hand you a rigid menu you can’t maintain.

Do I have to give up alcohol or restaurants?

No. What fits depends on your goals, but the plan is designed around real life rather than pretending social events and meals out don’t exist.

Do I need a gym?

Not for nutrition coaching. For online training, you’ll need access to appropriate strength-training equipment for the program we build.

Is this for beginners?

Nutrition coaching can work across experience levels. If you’re brand new to strength training or have significant pain or movement limitations, local in-person coaching may be a better starting point.

How long is the commitment?

Online coaching has a 16-week minimum commitment. Meaningful change takes enough time to assess, implement, learn, and adjust—not just chase a few good weeks on the scale.

Will you just keep lowering my calories?

No. The goal is to get the desired result while keeping intake as high as reasonably possible. Sometimes calories need to decrease. Other times the limiting factor is something else entirely.
