My 8 Week ELITE bodyweight program will challenge even the most experienced of fitness enthusiasts!

This plan is 2, 4-week phases – consisting of 3 muscle-burning strength workouts, and 2 heart-pumping, sweat-inducing conditioning workouts!

I highly recommend that you have some experience working out, and are able to do at least 5 good pushups, light jumping, and can run/perform cardio for at least 5 minutes unbroken.
