As stated before, my breakfast was huge and I wasnt even hungry until about 1pm today. My lunch today was pretty bad to be honest. 4 oz of canned tuna, 1/2 cup of quinoa, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and a handful of baby carrots. This was a very bland lunch but it worked. I wont even bother posting a picture of it because it just looked like how you would imagine, blah.
